Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of TG360.ai (the "Service"), operated by CONNEXT EOOD, Dunav 35, Sofia Center, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, EIK/VAT BG207748920, contact info@connext-world.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.

TG360.ai provides automated, AI-powered analysis of gameplay videos for training purposes. You can upload a video file or record your gameplay live through your web browser; the Service generates a report with scores, key moments, root causes, a training plan, and tools to create highlight clips, share analyses and ask follow-up questions. The Service is provided only as a web application: it includes no desktop software, no game-client integration and no access to game publishers' systems.

Reports are generated automatically by third-party AI models (Google Gemini), may contain inaccuracies, and are coaching suggestions: not professional advice and not a guarantee of competitive results.

You must be at least 16 years old (between 16 and 18 with the consent of a parent or guardian), provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. One account per person.

4.1 Value. 1 credit corresponds to 15 seconds of analyzed video. The cost of an analysis is the length of the selected window divided by 15 seconds, rounded up; each analysis covers from 20 seconds to 60 minutes. 1,000 credits correspond to 250 minutes of analyzed video in total, which you can split across any number of analyses.

4.2 Reservation and settlement. Credits are reserved when an analysis starts and settled on the real duration of the analyzed video; any excess is returned to your balance.

4.3 Refund on failure. If an analysis can't be completed for reasons attributable to the Service, the credits it used are returned automatically.

4.4 Other uses. The first follow-up question to the coach on each analysis is free, each further question costs 3 credits (up to 10 per analysis). Creating highlight clips is free.

4.5 Validity. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are granted, in line with the 6-month plan; each new grant extends the validity of your unused, unexpired credits to at least 6 months from that grant. Credits closest to expiry are used first. Expired credits are not refundable, except where required by law.

4.6 Purchases. Credits are purchased through Stripe or with a voucher code. Price, taxes and conditions are shown before purchase.

5.1 Every new account receives 50 free credits (12 minutes 30 seconds of analysis) once the email address is verified, or at the first sign-in with Google or Discord. No payment card is required.

5.2 Welcome credits are granted once per person. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable email addresses or other means to collect more welcome credits is prohibited and may lead to the removal of the credits and the suspension of the accounts involved.

5.3 Welcome credits give access to the full report, follow the rules of section 4, have no cash value and can't be transferred. They don't turn into a paid purchase.

5.4 We may change or end the welcome offer for future registrations at any time; credits already granted are not affected.

Promotional credits are granted under the rules shown in the Service at the time: currently 300 credits to you and 100 to the person you invite, for your first 20 valid activations; 1 credit each to you and your friend when a challenge is accepted. Voucher codes add the credits shown on the code. Self-referrals and any abuse of these programs are prohibited. Promotional credits have no cash value.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has started (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its Bulgarian implementation). If you withdraw within 14 days without having used any purchased credits, you receive a full refund. Apart from this and from the automatic refund in section 4.3, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You keep all rights in the videos you upload or record. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, compress, transmit to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy and otherwise process your content, only to provide the Service to you, including rendering the clips you request and showing the analyses you choose to share.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it contains no unlawful material and no personal data of third parties (for example voice chat, webcam images, real names) without an appropriate legal basis. Highlight clips are for your own use: publishing them is your responsibility, including compliance with platform rules and the game publisher's content policies.

You may not: upload unlawful, infringing or sexual content, or malware; attempt unauthorized access, scraping or reverse engineering; bypass rate limits, credit mechanisms or the one-welcome-per-person rule; abuse referrals, challenges or vouchers; use the Service to harass other players or publish their personal data; use it to build a competing product; overload our systems; or use it to cheat or gain an unfair real-time advantage in breach of a game publisher's rules.

The Service, its software and design, the TG360.ai name and logo, and the structure of its reports belong to CONNEXT EOOD or its licensors. You may use the reports generated for you for your own training and share them with the Service's sharing tools.

Third-party trademarks. VALORANT and League of Legends are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.; Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Fortnite and Rocket League are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.; all other game names and marks belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe which footage the Service can analyze. TG360.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any game publisher. Game footage, characters, maps and assets remain the property of their owners.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance or suspend access for security reasons.

The Service is provided "as is": we don't warrant that reports are error-free or that using it will improve your competitive results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or rights that consumers can't waive under mandatory law.

We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud or non-payment. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@connext-world.com; unused credits are not refunded except as provided in section 7 or by law.

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app; if you don't accept them, you can close your account before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Sofia, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
